Anna Maria Chlumsky, an American actress from the United States. Her acting career began as a child and gained fame for her character, Vada Sultenfuss in My Girl and My Girl 2 (both films). The actress paused her acting career between 1999 and 2005 to allow to attend college. Anna Chlumsky, born December 3rd of 1980, in Chicago Illinois is the daughter of Nancy Chlumsky and Frank Chlumsky Jr. The mother of the child was a flight attendant while her father was a chef. Both of her parents are artists. Her mother is actor and singer, has a father who can play on saxophone. As a young girl, she was a model for Marshall Field's ads in the age of 10 months. Following the split of her parents when she was 2, she was raised as a single parent through her maternal grandmother. When she was 10 months of age, Marshall Field used her as a child-model for their commercials. When her parents divorced when she was 2, she was taken care of as a child by her mother.
